Term and condition:

1) Order Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation request from the customer within 12 hours after making payment, full refund can be made upon confirmation of seller. In the event of a cancellation request from the customer exceeding 12 hours after making payment, only half of the fund will be return, this is due to the nature of pre-orders and the commitment required to secure the requested item.

2) Manufacturer Order Cancellation: If the manufacturer cancels the order, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3) Customer Confirmation and Response: Customers are requested to confirm their order and respond within 7 days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the release of the item for sale to other customers.

4) Price Adjustment: In the case of any duty and tax implications, which may arise due to the import of items, the product price may be subject to change. However, we strive to maintain competitive pricing and minimize any additional costs.

5) Box Condition: Due to possible damage during courier transit or flaw caused by manufacturer, mint-condition packaging cannot be guarantee. Therefore, no refund or exchange is allowed because of box damage. However, we will make every effort to provide the best possible condition for your item such as detail packaging for delivering.
