1) Order Cancellation:
a) If you decide to cancel your order within 12 hours of making the payment, we will provide a full refund upon confirmation from the seller.
b) If you request a cancellation exceeding 12 hours after making the payment, only half of the funds will be returned. This is due to the nature of pre-orders and the commitment required to secure the requested item.

2) Manufacturer/seller Order Cancellation:
In the rare event that the manufacturer/seller cancels your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3) Customer Confirmation and Response:
Upon the item’s arrival at our warehouse, we kindly request that customers confirm their order and respond within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the release of the item for sale to other customers.

4) Price Adjustment:
Please note that in certain cases, duty and tax implications may arise due to the import of items. As a result, the product price may be subject to change. However, we are committed to maintaining competitive pricing and minimizing any additional costs.

5) Box Condition:
We understand the importance of pristine packaging for Funko Pop collectors. However, due to possible damage during courier transit or flaws caused by the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee mint-condition packaging. Therefore, no refund or exchange will be allowed solely due to minor box damage. Nevertheless, we will take every effort to ensure the best possible condition for your item, including detailed packaging for delivery.
